Gardline Geosciences 2007-2008
We at Kentcharterfishing.com are pleased to have worked for
Gardline Geosciences in 2007 and 2008 during the exploration and
sampling stages for the forthcoming Thanet Offshore windfarm.
We provided Safety/MOB/guard boat/ crew transfer services to best practice for the Pontra Maris barge whilst she was engaged in operations at the Drillstones site approx 11 miles from Ramsgate.
Top Gear 2007
Well it`s not everyday that you`re asked to accompany three
celebrity presenters as they attempt to cross the English Channel
in boats cobbled together from cars ! For the filming in Dover
Harbour we provided safety boat cover and a fast stable platform
for the camera men and directors. We were proud to lead the `chaps`
across the Channel and to ensure a safe crossing was made, working
in association with the Medics and Divers provided from Action
underwater studios and additional support and safety/camera boats
provided by channel swimming. Another `unconvential crossing` made
with no incidents and to best practise.
Tims Tub 2005
From the mundane to the bizarre, see Tims Tub. Yes I really did spend a few
entertaining days escorting a man rowing a bath tub on an epic
journey across the channel up to tower bridge!.Tim was raising
money for Comic Relief, who are proud to be part of the
MakePovertyHistory campaign.
